Koodo Mobile is a well-known budget-friendly wireless carrier in Canada, offering flexible plans and solid nationwide coverage. But how does it compare in terms of network performance, customer service, and overall user satisfaction?
Koodo Mobile operates on Telus’ nationwide network, ensuring strong coverage across Canada, including both urban and rural areas.
Koodo is known for its self-serve model, allowing customers to manage their accounts online. While this makes it easy to avoid customer service wait times, some users prefer direct support, which can sometimes be limited.

The cell service itself is alright but if you run into any snags the customer service is among the worst. It is an exercise in frustration and it is excruciatingly difficult to get a hold of a representative.
of all the carriers I’ve been with Koodo has been the best as far as options with rollover data and a decent amount of data. Would like to see Visual Voicemail included with plans like Fizz but nothing bad to say other then Bells network isn’t as good as Telus in eastern canada. Would like the Telus buying Bell talks to resume as Rogers was able to buy Shaw.
The coupons they advertise don’t work. Why would I give my business to a liar company? Blocked and avoided from now on.
When I call people, they can not hear me. When they call me, Ican not hear them. This cell phone from Telus is NOT functioning appropriatly as required.
