The cell service itself is alright but if you run into any snags the customer service is among the worst. It is an exercise in frustration and it is excruciatingly difficult to get a hold of a representative.
trying to find someone to help with the “self help” website is impossible. I am a new customer and I am thinking about not keeping my account. I moved to bell after being told it was more user friendly. It is not. Having to talk to someone is one thing. Making it impossible to know who or where to do so is Intolerable.
of all the carriers I’ve been with Koodo has been the best as far as options with rollover data and a decent amount of data. Would like to see Visual Voicemail included with plans like Fizz but nothing bad to say other then Bells network isn’t as good as Telus in eastern canada. Would like the Telus buying Bell talks to resume as Rogers was able to buy Shaw.
