Been with them for awhile. Called to see about lowering my rate. I like the service but you know you get nothing from providers in this country for your loyalty if you don’t ask. Told them that I don’t really want to leave, but I will if I get a better deal. Rep does a lot of back and forth and manages to slash $30/month off my bill. Less than a year later and I’m almost back up to what I was paying before they slashed my bill. WTH?!?!?!

I forgot about the 3 lying reps I spoke to in a row about my cell plan. I’ve NEVER experienced such bold faced liars before! It really was incredible! Reported to bell, I had all the chats and interaction numbers. N-O-T-H-I-N-G in response from BELL to my complaints!
trying to find someone to help with the “self help” website is impossible. I am a new customer and I am thinking about not keeping my account. I moved to bell after being told it was more user friendly. It is not. Having to talk to someone is one thing. Making it impossible to know who or where to do so is Intolerable.
Internet speed is great, when it is working. Keeps disconnecting, even though they sent a technician with a faster modem.
