Poor customer service πππ Tried to cancel Koodo phone plan. Service rep repeatedly interrupted with sales pitch refusing to cancel my phone plan and placed on hold for about 15 minutes.
The cell service itself is alright but if you run into any snags the customer service is among the worst. It is an exercise in frustration and it is excruciatingly difficult to get a hold of a representative.
trying to find someone to help with the βself helpβ website is impossible. I am a new customer and I am thinking about not keeping my account. I moved to bell after being told it was more user friendly. It is not. Having to talk to someone is one thing. Making it impossible to know who or where to do so is Intolerable.
