You overpay for Poor service. Never get the speed you pay for. Outages all of the time. Poor customer service, always seems that he customer is inconveniencing them. Shite attitudes and sneaky billing practices. I recommend moving over to Acanac.
been getting ripped off ever since rogers boughtfido. All I want is talk and text. Like pulling teeth and now they are elimating 3G. As far as Iβm concerned 2G was good enough if all you need is talk and text. Donβt need or want data.
Poor customer service πππ Tried to cancel Koodo phone plan. Service rep repeatedly interrupted with sales pitch refusing to cancel my phone plan and placed on hold for about 15 minutes.
