Network
The Videotron 4G LTE network is available in select cities across the country and is continuously expanding. Videotron’s LTE network covers a significant portion of the Canadian population, offering reliable service from Quebec to other regions. When outside of 4G coverage or if activated on a non-4G SIM card, your 4G device will seamlessly switch to the Videotron 3G network.
Videotron’s 5G network is currently available in select areas and will continue to grow in the coming years. By 2026, Videotron’s 5G network is expected to reach millions of Canadians. For coverage details, visit videotron.com/coverage. When outside of 5G coverage, your 5G device will automatically connect to the Videotron 4G network for a smooth transition.
Although Videotron has coverage across the country, only residents living in subscription areas, primarily in Quebec and Ottawa, Ontario, can purchase mobile plans.
